Please note all camps are for entire 3 days, campers cannot sign up for individual days (with exception of week 1).
New Rules as per State of New York
Maximum enrollment will be 12 students with 2 students per table (1 at each end of long table).
We will not be taking a lunch break or free draw time. All children will have their temperature taken at drop off and any child with a temperature over 100.4 degrees will not be allowed to stay for camp.
Only children will be allowed to enter the studio, parents will bring children to front of studio while we check in and take temperatures. In the event of rain we will ask parents to pull up on the side of the building (Center St.) and cars can then pull up front one at a time.
Masks must be worn at all times except when seated at the table.
Hand sanitizing is required upon entering and before eating. Studio will be sanitized at the end of each camp each day.
Students will be seated 2 per table with each on opposite ends of a long table-tables will be 6' apart. Please note that we will try our best to keep friends at same table or nearby but understand that that may not always be possible.
We will be taking a 15 minute snack and water break-please send your child with nut-free snack.
Once registered, each parent is required to fill out a waiver prior to camp start date. Camp is DROP OFF only.
We offer sibling discount and discount for attending multiple camps of 3 or more(will automatically come up at checkout)
For Virtual Campers-each student will receive a kit with all the materials needed for that week. If you are from out of town and need it mailed, please allow at least one week for shipping (registration must be made at least one week prior to camp starting). Shipping cost will be $10 and payment can be made via Venmo (@MiniMonetSayville). We cannot ship dollhouse kit, this camp can only be for local students. Pickup times for kits will be announced soon.
Miss Pam will be teaching campers on Zoom and there will be an additional teacher in the studio. Once you are registered you will receive a Zoom link the night before camp.
Full payment is due at the time of enrollment. If you decide to cancel, we will issue a refund minus a $50 non refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of the camp start date are NONREFUNDABLE
We greatly appreciate online payment to reserve your space in our camps. If you are using a GC, please register for class and then contact me and I will then refund the GC amount.
You will receive an email confirmation from MINI MONET which will guarantee your child’s space. If you don’t receive confirmation, you are NOT registered. If you are not able to pay online please contact us as soon as possible and we can make arrangements. Waivers must be returned as soon as possible. Students will not be able to attend without this handed in. I ask that they be returned before camp begins.
Please note that we are NOT a day care provider and therefore we cannot provide an EIN number for tax purposes. We are strictly an art studio providing classes.
I ask that you understand all the new restrictions and rules. This has been a difficult decision to open and a lot of thought has gone in to making this a safe environment for the children. If the guidelines change, I will update everyone.
