Our philosophy at Mini Monet is simple,  we encourage students to express themselves freely through visual art while helping them to develop their fine art work through the use of a variety of mediums and techniques.  We teach the fundamentals of drawing and painting, foster an appreciation of art and artists, and allow for creative expression.  We won’t have students create cookie-cutter art nor copy paintings from books.  Students are taught how to see the world around them and apply their learning to their work.  Classes by age rather than skill level so that each person is able to reach his or her full potential.

Whether drawing, painting, sculpting or printmaking Mini Monet is the place to learn!

We also offer great birthday parties and family paint nights, using a step-by-step method.

We also offer classes for teens and adults-craft nights, paint nights, resin workshops, glass painting, macrame and more! These classes are located at 128 Main Street

In addition to class we now have a wonderful front open studio/retail space located at 122 Main Street. Come on in and enjoy painting from a wide selection of ceramics, wood cutouts, wood dollhouse & furniture and wood crafts. We also have great gift ideas-arts & craft kits, art supplies, jewelry, artwork and more!

At Mini Monet our goal is to provide a fresh, fun environment to explore and create with art, while giving our students the freedom to use their imaginations while
introducing them to all of the many forms of art.
We believe that investing in time to be creative nourishes our minds and our hearts. Hope to see you at a future class, camp or special event!

Hi, I am Pam Brewer, owner of Mini Monet!

My background is in art education and have always dreamed of owning my own studio. I started off my career as an art teacher at Bayport-Blue Point School District. I have owned Mini Monet for almost 5 years now. My goal has always been to bring my passion for art and teaching to the community with fun, creative classes for both children and adults.  In a world that is very hectic and over-scheduled, isn't it great that we have an outlet to express ourselves?! Hope to see you at a class soon!

“I've taken a variety of Pam Brewer's classes. Her instructions are very easy to follow and she is very happy to give assistance or offer alternatives to those who want to add their own touches. Pam is very personable and goes out of her way to make sure we are having fun in the process of creating our projects.” -Wendy Brian Liu

“Pam turned me in to an artist -me, the girl who can't draw a stick figure actually painted a sign that was actually worth hanging in my yard!”-Jane Hodgkinson-Koropsak

I took a painting on canvas class. Pam is VERY patient and knows how to create a fun and supportive environment! I'm looking forward to my next class with Pam.” -Kerri Simeone

"My daughter had her birthday at Mini Monet this past weekend and I wanted to say thank you again. I can't say enough good things about the experience, I have a picture of her that just says it all. You made us feel at home so much that we will be signing up for classes, this was like a dream come true kind of day. It wasn't a fancy over the top party and that is what made it special. We feel like we found this little hidden gem, it was so cozy and inviting and true to the love of art work. She told me how special she felt when she walked in and saw her name written out in several places, such a special one of a kind place to learn and share the love of creating. I could feel the encouragement and enthusiasm you offer to all who share your passion. Thanks again!"
